INDOOR TEMP

Temperature is measured in degrees Fahrenheit. A comfortable temperature is commonly defined as 68-76F.

CO2

Concentration of CO2 in a space, measured in parts per million. For commercial
properties, concentrations below 800ppm are very good. CO2 above 1100ppm indicates poor ventilation.

HUMIDITY

Relative humidity of air, ranging from 0%-100%. Comfortable humidity is
defined as 30%-60%.

AIR QUALITY SCORE

Air Quality Score is based on temperature, CO2, IAQ, and humidity.

SAFETY

Metrics defining the safety and security of a space

CAPACITY

Maximum capacity of a space, as defined by the property management team.

OCCUPANCY

The number of people within a space, as calculated by real-time people counters or occupancy sensors.

ACCESS CONTROL

Validation that the building access control system is active.
