On June 26, 2024, Brandywine Realty Trust’s Optimization Partner, InSite, was honored to be recognized as one of PECO’S Top-Performing Trade Allies for the past year, for it’s work with local Brandywine Teams. This is InSite’s second time celebrating the coveted award from Philadelphia’s largest electric and natural gas utility.

Over the last 18 months, InSite and Brandywine have delivered 9.6 GWh in energy savings, measured and verified by the PECO-CMC-DNV Team, equivalent to the electricity used by 1,324 homes annually. These savings not only translated into reduced expenses for the Building Owners and Tenants, but also reduced emissions in support of a greener tomorrow.

For almost ten years, InSite has been honored to work with Brandywine, a PECO customer and one of the largest, publicly traded, full-service real estate companies in the US. Brandywine’s portfolio includes 24M square feet of owned or managed commercial office space, with a major presence in the Philadelphia, Austin, Texas, and the DC Metro region.

InSite continues to successfully support Brandywine’s portfolio with Energy Efficiency and Building Optimization Solutions, that elevate their building’s performance, help to comply with local and State driven mandates, and achieve unparalleled operational efficiency. Driven by a team of experts and cutting-edge data analytics, we’re not just optimizing buildings; we’re crafting environments that improve the daily life for the local communities we operate in, while protecting our planet.
