The Tower Companies

Turning connected data into emissions reductions

Since September 2025, The Tower Companies have worked with InSite to unify utility and building-system data into a single AI-powered platform. The resulting program has sharpened monitoring, streamlined reporting, and advanced Tower’s 2030 and 2050 carbon-reduction goals.

Overview

To begin, InSite completed an ASHRAE Level II energy audit which served as the roadmap for improvement opportunities. To activate the live data stream, InSite connected the property’s Tridium Niagara BAS, meters, and utility data. This serves as the baseline for performance and houses live recommendations.

Together, the teams track Energy Conservation Measures, commissioning priorities, and DCSEU rebate administration.

Within eleven months, the program cut kWh consumption 8.6% against baseline. Meanwhile, the teams implemented $91,000 in Energy Conservation Measures and secured $128,000 in utility rebates.
